  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges. All swimwear and accessories are final sale due to hygiene reasons. We recommend viewing the size chart. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us.
  • When will my order ship?
    To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to Standard Shipping time, which is 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
  • How do I track my order?
    All Rashae Swim purchases are provided with a tracking number in your order dispatch confirmation email. If you require further assistance please contact the mailing service directly with your tracking number or our support- info@rashaeswim.com
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • What size should I order?

  • How do I care for my swimwear?
    Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent, rinse after. Hang dry when finished, do not tumble dry. Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils and self-tanners- this may stain fabric. Please note, high amounts of chorine may cause the color to fade and can damage material.
